You won't need any more
Sauté very gently
In a pan with olive oil
Until the mélange softens
Be careful not to boil

enough olive oil to cover the base of the pan
1 medium spanish onion, finely sliced
8 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 medium green capsicum, diced
2 bullet nosed chillies complete with seeds, finely chopped
500g boiled chick peas
285g drained sweet corn
260g chopped plum tomatoes
sprinkle of mixed herbs
serve hot with salad and tortilla chips

Throw in a load of chick peas
And some drained sweet corn to boot
Chopped plum tomatoes, with mixed herbs
But don't add any fruit
With salad and tortilla chips
Served in a bowl, upon a platter
The spiced aroma, on your breath
Just, won't have to matter!
